Happy 2008 ppl! haha i noe its quite late liao la..like past 10 daes into e new yr liao...but still..its mi 1st post of 2008..n i noe havent been bloggin in quite some time liao..dec was quite happening! but left me super broke. luckily todae's pay dae if nt cannot tong liaos.

4 more working daes!!!! can smeeeellll it. e scent of ord. alot of mi frens ord liao left a few of us onli. nw in e midst of clearing leave so onli 4 more working daes. damn shiok. gonna start looking for a job soon. anyone gt lobang pls let me noe..thnx!

Xmas eve 2007.

spent xmas eve wif e 2hm peeps. we met up in e afternn n headed for escape theme park. been ages since i last been dere. e last time was prob in sec sch. but den everthin still looks e same. tix r cheaper at $7, n lotsa rides under maintenance. we spent 1hr waiting for a 5mins inverter ride n another 1 hr for another 5mins go kart. super hot n humid n we got quite sians of waiting. came up wif our own entertainment. we guessed which go kart will come bac 1st. lol. jasper's e bookie n we'll all bet wif him. quite lame la. went to play some games where we won like 5 soft toys! nt e super big ones. got one soft toy for dear. though dun look v nice but still its hard work eh. lol. went to e haunted hse n we ended up scaring ourselves.

went to get dad's car at orchard after dat. u wldnt belive e crowd man. spent like more than half an hr walking frm orchard mrt to tangs. super pek chek. dad drove n we went to pick up yan n dear. after dat sent dad n yan bac. went wif dear to esther's place for xmas celebrations! we super cheena man. no xmas trees or gift exchange or anything to do wif xmas. instead of turkey we had roasted duck. no countdown or wad. we just played poker. lol. n dats hw we spent xmas eve.

Bangkok trip wif dad, bro n weiming n dear n me.

waited for e dis trip for super long cuz its e 1st time dear n me going overseas! it was shopping galore dere cuz things r cheap n gd. all of us together bought like ovr 100 pieces of clothes n pants etc. most of dem were for giving to frens as presents. just on shopping alone we spent like 200 on average. so basically shopping's e only thing on our itnerary. we took tiger airways dere n its mi 2nd time taking budget airline. e 1st time i took was jetstar. e gd thing bout jetstar was dat it departs frm t1 while tiger u hav to go to e budget terminal. we had to go out and walk up e plane. lol. but it's more spacious compared to jetstar so it was a more comfortable ride.

upon reaching dere we met up wif mi uncle who was super nice. he offered to pay for every meal we had together n spent time bringing us around. we had jap ramen after leaving our baggage in e hotel. we had like 4 jap meals dere compared to 1 thai meal ovr dere. kinda weird huh. lol.

e nxt day we went to chatuchak e super super big day market/bazaar selling everything u can think of. except electronics. it was scorching hot n after walking for half a dae we just din feel like walking anymore however tempting e cheap buys are. n we got lost dere trying to locate dad n uncle so gt v fed up. went for dinner at emporium near our hotel.

so it was just shopping all e wae e nxt few daes. went to platinum plaza, pratunam market, mbk, siam paragon etc. e foot message dere was gd. did it on our last nite dere. felt super relaxed dere. weiming cldnt stop laughin while at it. lol. same for dear. she oso quite buay tahan.

e nxt dae after arriving in spore mi bro took a wrong baggage. he thot dat was dear's baggage n we just went hm wif e baggage without realising anything wrong wif it cuz it looked so alike. nitemare man. drove all e wae bac dere, went through several procedures before we finally got out baggage bac. luckily e owner of e baggage we took wasnt dere if nt we sure kena scolded like siao. lol.

her concert was damn gd! her voice, her songs her guest star, everthing was perfect. thnx dear for bringing me dere! she got 4 free tix from her company n we had gd seats as well. went eif her n her 2 sisters. so we had an enchanting 3 hrs performance from her. her encore alone lasted nearly an hr so it was well worth e tix. though we din pay for it la. lol.

oh...speaking of our countdown..we din go though we had e tix. cuz dcided it'll b too squeezy. we just headed of to a quiet place near e indoor stadium to watch e fireworks at midnite. i expected not many ppl to b dere but dere was still a significant number of ppl dere. still, it was quiet n beautiful. a great way to spent e countdown. had a nice supper at hk cafe near siglap b4 heading bac.





had lotsa doughnuts last mth! chewy junior above is one of dem. it wasnt too bad. dun tink its really considered a donut. still prefer donut fac n munchy donuts. i miss munchy donuts. lol.



been quite a long post. happy 2008 again everyone. hope everyone will realise their hopes n dreams dis yr! gonna start uni dis yr(if i ever get in) n gonna ord dis yr! gonna move also dis yr(nt a v gd news) so its a fresh new start n a another new chapter in life. all e best to u oso dear! =)
